A study by Janet Dyke
In our lives, it is not just light and water droplets that make rainbows, but also all the shades and variations of the lives of the people who share life’s journey with us.
This study series explores the diverse nature of Christ’s body – the communion of saints of which all the redeemed are a part – that is God’s church. We will consider together the wonderful effect the spectrum of our united colours can bring to a world of darkness and strife. We will see that we are indeed part of the rainbow of God’s promise of love and hope in and to our world.
These studies have been written in memory of a special little boy from our parish who trusted the Lord Jesus implicitly and completely. He saw rainbows everywhere and, though he now sings in the heavenly choir, his colours still brighten our lives.
May these studies bless you and your group, and help you to deepen your colours to brighten your part of God’s kingdom here on Earth.
